[JV] Need partners for adsense sites or flipping

1. I have writing skills and can create decent WP sites.
2. I have an amazon store which I want to flip.
3. I have a 9-7 job so I am not getting time to concentrate on monetizing it.

I need someone who can help me generate traffic and promote theses sites or someone who can help flipping them.
We may also develop new sites from scratch. Anyone good in flipping or seo interested ? Please let me know and we can discuss further.
If this works out I can do it full time.

Why are you guys wasting your time? Putting up a WP blog is easy! It will take me less than 10 minutes to put one up and place a very nice theme on it. 98% of the work comes from marketing and flipping. There is absolutely nothing appealing about this JV.
