which classified sites allow you to post urls ??

hey guys
I am promoting a product from a site which does not mind getting traffic from classified sites. I want to post my affiliate url. CL does not allow that as we all know. Moreover when I post an ad without the link so that people contact me, and I can give you them the affiliate url then, they dont seem to buy it from that link.
has any one dealt with a situation like this before ? what can I do to make a sale ?

You should never "expose" your affiliate link in any advertising you do; you are 100 times better off using a shortener for a number of reasons; one being that the CTR will be better.

but sir , after the url redirect, my aff. link gonna expand and even then one can see it. right ??

Sure it will but you need them to click on the link first and the affiliate link usually looks like spam to people. You should use a shortener to make sure they click through and most people do not really look at the url after it is clicked so you'll be in good shape and get a better click through rate and hopefully more conversions and more revenue.

there are shorteners which can cloak your url or there are step-by-step guides how to do it for yourself, if you do a quick search on google

to answer your original question: you can add backpage to the list, at least last when i tried, i was able to post a live link
