Just can't understand! 170 posts and ZERO traffic, what wrong?

That sounds weird though. My site have about 40 articles, not targeting any kw. Still getting 0-2 organic traffic a day.

I'm a big content guy, probably larger than most when it comes to that, but 100 ~ pages of indexed content is not huge and I'd be concerned why the other 70 or so pages are not indexed.

Without much information, these are just some generic thoughts that I would apply to your situation.

I think you need to work on your off site SEO (you say the on site is good) and you need to get those other pages indexed. Also, I would be adding the site to GWT and get those other pages indexed as there is something wrong if they are not getting indexed in a short period of time.

yeah, I will use GWT later, and as you said, I will keep adding content for another month and see how things going, and decide to buy some SEO package or not.

I just mean, I used content from expired domain, so this is not ethical anyway, and because I copy these article, so I cant control the keywords these articles targeting, large portion of these contents are targeting more general keyword: like HOW TO EAT ICE CREAM bla bla,

Maybe we are facing the same thing here? Just because health niche is too competitive, if like this, then I should feel relief here even got no traffic too, but I can make sure no other wrong things with my site, just because the niche, wrong niche.

I've shared one of my domains once on Black hat World (it was for a list that I didn't want to duplicate on BHW) without an adverse effects, although you're right, you generally shouldn't share your URLs (especially if the sites are small) here since, as someone here once put it, "you would be associating your website with a black hat site" (there are a few other reasons as well).

no, not much, title optimised, content structure, inter-linking when necessary, but not much.

and ZERO off-page SEO now, cuz I wanna give it sometime before building any links, mainly posting contents now

No point giving it time, just start building. Scrape more content from expired domains and use it to make a PBN / quality web2's - find related forums and pop a few links in, throw a few niche related 301's in there too, and I am sure you will start to see traffic.

Just like Mickey said, build some links. Backlinks are the most important thing to focus on if you want to rank.

Health niche it's quite competitive actually , but you still can find some decent kws that you can easily rank for ,

EDIT : I once tried to rank a health niche , failed miserable , this doesnt mean it can't be done , your plan seems really great
