Processing credit cards and convert to bitcoins

Hi BHW members,
I wonder if there is a service that allows customers to buy bitcoins with credit card for me. Let me explain what I want.
I want to accept credit card on my site as a payment method but I do not want to use paypal or moneybookers or any similar to them, I want to receive bitcoins.
Please advice me how to on my ecommerce web site customers can pay with cc and to automatically convert to bitcoions.
