Yep, I was about to buy a couple to test and compare to similar services but I don't think I will risk it. It is normal to expect people to run into problems from time to time but you have to communicate with your customers.

I make an order at 22th February it's 2 months for middle package. I have make my problems public and in 99% cases I'm trying resolve it privately but this is some kind of joke. No response from support from 12 days. I understand a lot, it's not overnight project and some delays are possible. But over 60 days instead 25 ?
I do not recommended it...

We have got an aged/premium domain for you also we sent you 100 keywords with long tails (which we don't provide to other people) we select some keywords and wrote all the articles. We setup hosting account for you and do everything.


What things are left are (Uploading theme + Images) which will be done by today because we don't work on weekends.


We already offer you 10 more 1000 words article because of this delay but I am very sorry Fred, we can't offer you a refund because we did more then which we offer. It will be a very very big loss for us. I hope you will understand the situation.

As I told you already our TAT is 35 business days. Why you always ask for the refund after the very next day? Don't you read each and everything? Delays are because of you. You were replying very late and confused with the niche. You just confirmed the niche and our team worked on the new file for you.

As you know everything takes time and we don't work on weekends. (which is clearly mentioned on the thread)

Anyways I am sending you the keywords report and waiting for your reply.

PS: You won't get a single refund from our side, We are not here to provide consultancy service for free and we gave you 10+ hours to you and we did new research for you.
