Is this save to use with for facebook account or is it better to use a dummy account? (never mind this question)
Does Facebook still allow this type of targeting
Does it extract the @facebook emails

I have two ad accounts none of them had any problem. I am using both and I always mix my campaigns with facebook emails and ads without. So it's up to you how are you going to advertise. Facebook typically doesn't allow to use only extracted emails without permission from the user but cannot control every user so if you mix your campaigns you will not have any problem. If you are not provocative (not use only CA - extracted emails) the possibilities to ban your account are extremely unlikely.

Also don't upload the files with the names only the facebook emails. I'm not sure if there is a problem on that but I have never uploaded facebook names with emails. Avoid using ads and offers that are deceptive. Facebook will stamp you and check every activity of your account and will be very rigorous.
