And some times you get ranked automatically without doing any task like my 1 video was done and still today I am receiving 100-200 views daily from search but it is 1 year old.

Lots of high retention views, likes and Google +1's get me ranking fast, but the videos don't stick for long.

Better to do the likes, views and social signals slowly over a week or two and not all at once IMO
