Legal documents need to be served to you. Email is not a medium for this.
I stop reading here:
Dear (websitename)-
OP, when was the last time someone has send you this email?
Dear @gmail.com or Dear @Yahoo.com
Think about it... If i want to send email to the owner website how i will address it?
Dear website or Dear John Doe?
I rest my case
Yes i was also suspicious of that, but, the thing that is tangling me is when I check the headers of the mail they trace to Twitters ISP
My question is, is that possible to forge?
Maybe a different case for each website? I am on the fence on that email being legit. I mean if you are threatened with legal action. Isn't there supposed to be a lawyers name in there somewhere?

No this is not a "legal action" this is just an email.
Also, the website is the same for both mails, so that is why i was confused when there different "case ids" for each mail.
tell twitter to eat a Big Ol D i c k, ive been spamming them for years and never once have i got a stupid letter. I knew a guy who was using like 400k of twitter accounts and nonstop spamming making a killing and never got hit with any C&D or letters lol
