When is the last time you checked your website. I bought the VPS more than a week ago but I have been unable to access it. I cannot open a support ticket. I placed order with 9 extra i.p. After you sent me login details, i checked to see if everything is working fine.
But later in the day i tried to login again via Remote desktop connection but it failed to connect. You have been away on skype for so long.
