I had a logo designed for a new business I am currently setting up. I gave no direction as to what I was looking for, other than the name of the business. Turns out, the first option I received will be my logo. I asked for a few alternate color options, which I received within 24hrs, but decided to go with the original.

okay Ive waited like almost a month now, and you keep telling me its ready today, its ready today 1000x over. its never ready, Whats going on, im tired of the excuses.

Okay... This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with someone for a service on BHW. I purchased a template online for a website a few weeks ago. I quickly realized that it was not meant for Wordpress. I reached out to masteringhub two weeks ago asking if he could convert the template into a wordpress friendly website. I also told me that it was for a client and they needed it done in 4 days. He said that he'd have it done by Friday of last week. On Friday I tried on several occasions to reach out to masteringhub asking where the template was, he didn't return my email until Monday morning, after I'd sent out 4 emails. On Monday he told me it would take another day to finish. I said it was unacceptable for him to not get back to e in 3 days. He said he was sorry and promised to have the web page done on Tuesday evening. I sent him several emails Tuesday asking him about his progress, with no response. After sending more emails on Tuesday night and all day Wednesday, he finally got back to me on Thursday evening saying he was backed up with projects and asked if I'd like a refund. I said at this point "yes" I'd like a refund. He got back to me a few hours later and said he'd refund within 3 hours. It's now 29 hours later. I still have no website or refund. I just put in a claim with Paypal because he refuses to get back to me.

All I have to say is "stay far away". This has been by far the worst communication by any online service I've ever experienced.

100% accurate. Id stay the hell away from this guy. I waited about 1 month and I kept getting excuse after excuse. He then asks me if i want a refund until he gets back. I said ive waited this long ill wait, anyways its been 5 days later when he should have been "back". I told him i cant waste anymore time on this shit. HE Actually sent me a refund. im surprised about that to be honest. I should be getting my site for free at this point since hes not going to make up for the time/money lost for waiting over 1 month.

Even though I got a refund I wouldnt recommend him to anyone and should be on the shit list. I get a feeling these Reviews are fake and BS.

Placed my order April 7th for a word press theme and a lander. Initial response was good, which turned to spotty, and is now non existent. Hasn't returned a skype in a week. Order was promised in 7-10 days. Today is a month.

He told me on several occasions, "will send tomorrow", but tomorrow never came.

My projects were somewhat complex. I am guessing he is only capable of doing simple projects and these were too much for him.
 
He keeps ignoring me on Skype and i have waited over 40 days.
Doing a chargeback + shitlist thread.

EDIT: Got refunded.
