What are current follow/unfollow limits?

So I've noticed that most people are doing all the following on separate days and unfollowing on other days. If I followed users and unfollowed after 3 days everyday, would I get banned? example, I follow 500 a day everyday,after 3 days I start unfollowing everyday, everyone that I followed 3 days prior. Does that make sense? lol

Problem with that is that Following/Unfollowing are both included in the same relationship limit.

You can either Follow 60 or Follow 30/Unfollow 30, you can't Follow 60 AND Unfollow 60

Everyone has the same HOURLY limits, as the API just returns an error if it is exceeded. What the difference is between fresh and aged accounts seems to be that the aged accounts are less likely to get flagged for mass ongoing activity, separate from the hourly limits.

From my personal experience on a new account, I was banned for 24 hours for following under 60 in an hour and the same for unfollowing in a separate hour.

I'm using FollowLiker with a 5 months old account. I used the same settings the last 4 months and never got banned.
SETTINGS:
Follow: 1400/1440 per day, Time: 60 - 62 seconds
Unfollow: 1400/1440 per day, Time: 60 - 62 seconds, 7 days
Likes: 2300/2400 per day, Time: 38 - 40 seconds

No Commments, No Share, No DM
Running 24h during 4 months.

No I need to know the limits to use the original Instagram app.. but manually.
They are blocking people who use that... I cant found the limits.

Likes: 350/h
Follow: 160/h
Unfollow: 160/h
Comment: 60/h
