Weird, why don't I get the payment being hold.

I started this program a month ago, and finally got a sales today. I was expecting a $7 after the fee, but I DIDN"T EXPECT THAT AMAZON CHARGE ME A 6.25% ON STATE TAX!!! I ended up earning $1, and the product cost is $50, I'm risking $50 for that. Dxmn!

OP DIDN"T MENTION! The tax started on Feb and this thread was on January.

How am I suppose to add the 6.25% Should I add accordingly to the location?

I did mention it. Here is some food for thought... If you are going to take the time to follow this guide and try this method, why in the world wouldn't you read the whole thread?? This is IM 101, always read as much as possible. I would circle back and read properly if you want any chance at success. Two minutes of your time could have netted you $3 if you accounted for sales tax. That's $90 an hour right there for those few moments for just informing yourself. Good luck.

What about using another website instead of amazon ? have you ever tried ?

Back when I started this, websites were much more strict on shipping and billing addresses being different, so I never tried. You also have to account for how cheap Amazon is. Chances are that the only time other sites are cheaper is a temporary sale, so who knows how consistent it could be. I'm sure it could be done, I just haven't tried.

What about ebay global shiping program. Do you use it to ship worldwide , and how it works ?

Yes, I use the global shipping program. You just send the package to the eBay facility every time an item sells and they ship it for you and charge the buyer based on their location. There are no negatives with this program IMO. It's extremely low risk international shipping that eBay does for you.

help me. i don't understand. its mean when i want to sell something on ebay, i have to buy some items from amazon and resell it. but when i buy items from amazon they will send to my address . so how can i buy products on ebay without buying on amazon, just using picture of it. sorry for my silly question

Why couldn't you? EBay gives you an address to send to, so that's what you use for the Amazon shipping address, straight forward.

Use to do this method back in 06. Did it for a couple years and made a living off of it, so it definitely works. No way I would go through the selling limit BS that you have to deal with today though... would much rather buy an aged account if I needed to.

Any website I've come across trying to do this normally shows popular items that are out of stock often. I can't make it more clear that you want to find non-mainstream items in large quantity to be really successful with this method.

l have sold an item on ebay. so l bought it on amazon and sent it t buyer's adress normaly, l didn't choose to sent it as a gift. and the buyer got the item with the invoice/bill from the amazon. so the buyer knew how much did l pay for the item. Is that because l didn't sent it as a gift ?. thank you

So I've been trying out this method for a few days now, and I'm having a little bit of difficulty.

I've listed 6 items so far, and my eBay account is almost a year old but has no sales record or sales feedback. The item with the most views has 15 views, nothing else. The rest of my listings don't go above 10. I've been trying to stay away from popular products, and I've listed in different categories, but so far not much seems to be making any beef. I've followed all the guidelines, read the whole thread, researched Best Match algorithms and tried my best to include a product page that doesn't suck. So I have a couple of questions...

1. Do you experience this often? Do a bunch of your products simply not bring anything in and you just have to get lucky with the good ones? Or does it just take time?
2. What is your biggest tip or guideline for finding good sellable products on Amazon?
3. Do you think starting out with 0 feedback is really hindering? What was it like when you started?
4. I've only listed 6 items as I'm taking time to find good products, do you think my problems just come down to not listing enough?

I've been lurking on this forum for a while now, this is the first method I've come across that made me get out of my seat and try to make something happen, so I'm really hoping I can get somewhere with it. I've never made any real money via IM, because I've never committed myself to anything long enough before, I really want it to work for me this time. 6 items and a few days isnt enough in my opinion. Search for one of your listed items in ebay and if it looks like all the other listings then that thats probably your problem.
If you want abfew sales to get ball rolling list at $2 profit then increase. People buy items that have sold before i believe.
