So a decent week here. My 2 smallest accounts actually grew by 25% and 33% respectively, so that's a good sign. Accounts 3 and 4 still aren't getting a ton of followers, but they are getting there. Account 1 grew a bunch, but some of that was helped by a few shoutouts I got, I estimate about 800 followers were gained as a result of those. But even with that I had a record week. We'll see what happens this next week! I still don't have an optimized liking system down yet. About midway through this week I will be free from a lot of things and it's on the list, so I better have it done by the next update.

Another interesting note is that the follower total on Account 1 has over doubled in less than a month now. It will be interesting to see where it ends up.

About how many likes on average are you getting on the pictures posted on each account.

Account 1 gets 1.5k likes per pic. The lowest is like 1.1k now, but the upside is much higher, some last week had almost 3k likes, just depends on the pic.

Account 2 doesn't actually post photos, it stays private and gets people to follow because of the username alone.

Accounts 3 and 4 probably only get 250-300 likes per pic.

Account 5 gets 200 per pic.

Activity on the accounts isn't great, which is something I hopefully can bring up once each account has gotten like 5k new followers.

Hey, where do you get the content (pictures) for Instagram ?

Basically I use an app called 4kstogram. It rips all pics from a users IG and stores them in a folder, it is only for mac I think though. Anyway it works great for me, however there is some weird stuff with its new update, so to really get all of it working for free you don't want to upgrade to the new version after downloading.

So tomorrow I will bump up the settings a bit on some of the accounts, things are just going to slow. We'll see what being a bit more aggressive can do.

In the next month or so I may decide to sell accounts 3 and 4 and bail early, I'm not sure yet. If so I would then buy an account in the niche of account 1. Account 1's niche is more easily monetized. And the more in that niche the better, I could set up a triangle or something of accounts in the same niche. We will see. Account 4 is a textpost account, so really that's nothing special... I would keep account 2 as my "personal" and account 5 because it also has niche potential.

It's really just about what usernames and accounts I come across that are for sale and I can buy.

You're making a nice progress. Just wondering since I'm thinking of trying some Instagram. What type of niches are good there and do you need to post original content to start things of or you can scrape the web to find some good stuff? Good luck and keep up the good work.

I pretty much scrape. For some accounts it works better than others. For example in the text post niche too much of the same stuff gets recycled over and over.

The niche just depends really, just find something your confident in and roll with it. Don't try to reinvent the wheel but maybe get a little creative.

Here is to you and hoping that you succeed. Following along.

This was a weird week for a few reasons. First off at the end of the week I went on a short getaway and did no manual work on my main account. I just had some posts scheduled. The other accounts should have functioned fine except right before I left I noticed they were not doing anything (just looking at my phone). I went to check FollowLiker on my VPS but I was unable to connect to it. Turns out it was hacked and my VPS provider had to wipe the entire VPS. This was happening minutes before I was about to leave for my trip, so I was unable to get anything set up for them. Tomorrow I will try to get them up and running on my new VPS again.

I was also very fortunate because the hacker basically could see the password for 4 of my Instagram accounts. I changed the passwords right away and less than an hour later I got lots of password resets on all of them. So I think I barely avoided having all of my accounts hacked.

Fuck man, you was lucky thins time.

Did you stay with the same VPS provider or change to a more secure one?

Also I am now little bit afraid about my twitter accounts. I will try to make my vps more secure and see if I can make login thru a certain IP ranges only.

I have done this on my VPS right away. I have added a few ranges from my mobile provider and my home internet provider.

If you are interested on how to do it:

You can use Windows Firewall Advanced settings to restricted the Scope.
Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Windows Firewall with Advanced Settings, Inbound Rules, Remote Desktop (TCP-In), Properties, Scope, Local / Remote IP Address.

I suggest you do the same to decrease the chances of someone hacking into your VPS.

Just did this, thanks! My provider was efastVPS, they said it was an incident isolated to only a few servers, but they had no clue what it was. They have seemed very trustworthy so far and have great service, and the deal for my VPS is great right now, so I don't plan on switching. The incident ironically coincided with the day my windows server password was set to expire, I kept getting those notifications when I remote desktop'd in but I never bothered to change it. Then once it expired it was if someone hacked it then.

Where did you buy the 14k instagram account?

great journey so far, wish you good luck with your iOS apps.
will keep around to see your progress

So I'll be making a bigger update this Sunday since I've been busy for the last week or so. Growth has been slowed because it took a while to get everything set up on my VPS again.

So I have everything set up again, after the incident. In the last 2 weeks there were 4-5 days of downtime since the server was hacked at a very inconvenient time. But we are rolling again, thankfully.

So this journey is getting a little boring, but to be honest that's the way it is supposed to be, since this is a minimal effort journey, basically on autopilot. But I feel like I need more accounts, so I will be trying to snag some more quality usernames. The goal is to get to 10 in the next month or two.

But to spice things up, I've also come up with a good idea for spamming Instagram. Here's the plan that I will implement in the next few weeks.

1. Buy 20 semi-aged Instagram accounts.
2. Buy 10 private proxies.
3. Put two per proxy and run them on Followliker.
4. Buy a decent domain new (using a new extension), and promote a type of an offer that I think will work well.
5. Profit!

I'm confident in the strategy I have outlined, I'll share more about it once I actually have the results, but the proxies/accounts/domain should not cost me more than $50-$60 total, so if I see a decent return, then I'll go all in and run it with 50-100 accounts.
