[Tech content] How much the Adsense CPC in USA today?

Hi all, I'm newbie in Adsense. Actually, I'm running Adsense via DFP.
My content is Tech news targeting. The CPC from USA is too low (just 0.1$), as my opinion.
So what I want to know is the average CPC of this niche. Is it too low? Is it worth to continue?

Adsense + Tech sites is usually a bad marriage.... not only is the CPC on the low side, the CTR is typically a poor number as well.

If it were me I would be looking at something a little different, such as selling banner ads or something along those lines.

The first part is not true.
Tech niche sites are actually good for adsense.
I get $1+ CPC for USA. Although it's less than 10 cents for Asia.
Second suggestion is good, but you really need a good quality website with high amount of traffic.
