Hello.
I've bought a small package yesterday through the website.

You've provided me NL proxies (not US) really slow, with a lot of loading problems for every non-html element.
Just to say, to login and proper load my Facebook home i have to reload it for like 5 times. Same with Gmail and Google+. And most of time it spends 20-30 seconds to load.
Besides a lot of other sites wouldn't work because of this error:
Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.
Obviously the sites work if i disable the proxy.

Well, i opened a support ticket few hours ago, #865827 , and i hope it would be solved soon.


EDIT: proxies seem to work now, the ticket has been solved.

Barely, these guys are not even able to handle a 50 proxies package.
My proxies was contionus replaced without any reason, the replacement is shitty also, they said they replaced my proxies but they can't say which ones was added.
So, how the hell can I know what the fuck you did on that list?
I've tried to make a custom list, I gave to this guy the proxies that I want to keep, but I got a stupid reply "Also if i make new pack then you might lose that as well, as our system is automated it is server which automatically allocate the proxies. I cant assure you to give same proxies again."

My honestly review: NEVER buy more than 5 proxies from them, otherwise it's a big chance to get all of them fucked.

First of all , you requested us to replace the 4 proxies that was immediately replaced , then being such a ignorant you didnt have the list of your old proxies which was asked so that we can do a manual look up so there how would we know what proxies you got or not from the previous list. Then somehow you managed to show me 28 ips out of which 20 ips was there from what you sent , Taking your 4 ips which was replaced comes down to 24 , rest 4 ips also might be present in the old list but you dont know only what proxies you have.

We have been giving you immediate support and also told that it will be okay for instagram and no need to worry but it seems you like to abuse the provider first and then want resolution. We have many instagram users who are using proxies flawlessly. More or less the proxies you have are the same what you previously had.

Any idea why? I know they accept US and a lookup says the IP is from Delaware? I used the shared ones. Would I have better luck with dedicated? I already opened a ticket. Just thought I'd ask some of the users here as well.
