Still waiting for a reply to my ticket about the money back.
No reply so far.
 
still no proxy after 4 days of paypal clear + 48hrs additional time (unknown). I request money back and no reply within 24 hour. I'm filing with paypal to get money back. Either provide as you took the money or refund. What's so hard to do?

Everyone else, consider this is a shady business. Go head and loose your money.

First of all you place an order with echeck when proxies were available, then it took 7 days to get you echeck cleared , At that point of time we already told you that slots were full and you would have to wait for sometime to add proxy , moreover you requested us that we extend your date subscription even that we told you that your billing cycle would be activated once you will have proxies. You still then become impatient and put a hold request at paypal when we were in process of allocating you proxies. So what do you think ,anyways your refund will be promptly processed. So you dont have to worry about losing your money. Every seller here on BHW are not here to do shady business but sometime you also have to understand and cooperate with them. Thanks a Lot!

Insted of adding new proxies you can try to keep the ones you have up.

Each weekend they go down and they stay down the whole weekend. Been the same now for 3 weeks in a row.
Ticket takes week to get an answer on as well.

Well that quite strange that you see our proxies goes down each weekend and then stay down for whole weekend,please send me some screenshots about that. It would be great if you can send me a ticket or pm me your email so that i can have a look.
 
I was told that I'd get a refund if I requested. I requested many days ago but no refund yet.
 
I can't reply to your PM because of my low post count, but I really don't have a need for that amount.

none of my proxies work or have worked and I have only got refund for 1 of the packages.

If proxies were not working for you at the first place then why did you place an another order and after you started abusing the proxies for full 2 days , for that 2 days i never saw your ticket mentioning about proxies are not working and then you filed for refund request for which your request had been considered and refund was granted to you. It seems your's intention was not right so rather blaming us gauge your intent first.
