I would be able to use your setup to run a CPA offer that pays per install and I would be paying like approximately $0.03 per install?

So if I used you setup ($150) plus spent another ($150) on advertising then I could get approx 3000-4000 installs (judging from ur example)

If this is the case the hoolllly cow, it's an awesome service that I would like to try soon.

For CPA offers, the ads are run on a Clicks To Website basis and you cannot track installs on FB for a CPA/PPI offer. The cost of install (clicks in case of CPA offers) is unique for every app/offer/url. You are always given a CPC/CPI estimation before you order.

For direct Play Store & App Store URLs, I use the App Install option and sending them to the app stores. For any other link, they are sent to any page you desire. Non GP & App Store links are done with a Clicks To Website Objective.

Absolutely, the only difference is you cannot track the installs on FB.

0.15$ per install for a particular city. Hyper targeted installs for 1/5th the price of country wide installs. (P.S. City based installs are costlier then country based installs for any app)

There are tons of screenshots posted with 1000+ installs. The reason you see low numbers is because people usually opt for the non-scaling package where the aim is to get minimum one ad set within the given range which people then scale it up themselves.

Yes, SDK is only for tracking installs. Any app listed on Play Store/Amazon App Store/iTunes can be run with a App Install campaign.
