Are the descriptions changeable? So I could enter my own unique version? Also can it convert into the currency of the geolocation the user if coming from?

Yes, all descriptions are changeable, but don't forget to disable 'Update Product Description' option. As for currency you need to delect only one you will use on your site.
 
how does aliexpress payout to their affliates using what payment mode?

So if i click buy from the store, does it save cookies for a period of time? or is it just one time?

For trhis moment it has only one payment method - transfer directly to your bank account.

AliExpress tracks all valid transactions occurring up to 30 days after a visitor was directed to AliExpress through your affiliate link.

I don't have affiliate account with Aliexpress. So, you'll create one for me? Also, what's the potential of Aliexpress than Amazon in US? Since I'm a noob I don't have any idea about their reach in USA & UK.

Yes, I can provide you with AliExpress account or you can register yourself. AliExpress is getting more amd more popular in US, but if you want to target only US users, I would recommend using Amazon. If you want to tartget other countries or the whole world then definitely AliExpress.
 
I updated AliPlugin and saw new options, such as SEO and Translation. I have a question, can I translate the whole theme now or just products? descriptions?

To translate Site Theme and AliPlugin's interface, go to WP admin panel—> Settings—>General—>Site Language and choose the language.


To translate products' descriptions and titles go to WP admin panel—> AliPlugin—> Configuration and choose the language.
 
Great! Now I can make a local market from my affiliate store. Products' translation is good, but I really missed option that allows translating of the whole theme. And also I'm impressed with amount of available languages.
 
As for translation, I changed categories', products' language. In a nutshell the whole website was translated, but I can't change Language in Search field (search for product, category or brand). It is still in English. How to change it?

AliExpress API supports only English, so you have to search products in English only.
