I've noticed some people uploading videos of music that are up for months and they are not blocked world wide and they have hundred thousands of views. How do you get around the youtube ID'er? As soon as I upload a vid with copyright music it's banned immediately.

Here are my 3 little questions:
1. What is you niche and what are your main traffic sources?
2. 55 000 views and $500 per month in 1 year seem to be pretty fast growth. Would you say it's possible to grow that fast in comedy niche?
3. Ranking videos for very popular keywords (eg. "funny video") when the channel is small and young seem to be close to impossible. How to find a perfect keyword which is quiet popular but possible to rank at the same time?

If i'm buying YouTube views on videos (which haven't been detected by YouTube) would that still effect my video ranking?
I have bought views for a while and honestly i feel like it does nothing for my videos in terms of bringing in long term subscribers, should i completely stop buying views (as that could be a problem in terms of ranking) ?
Also do you think it's a good idea to just buy a few likes (around 50 or so) for my videos when they have been newly uploaded, just to give it a bit of a push when its at 0 views? (seeing as no one really watches my videos.)

BTW the videos are based around gaming, so you can imagine the competition is quite HIGH, yet i still remain hopeful that one day IF my videos are seen by genuine people that i may grow as a channel and make some what a career out of YouTube.

55K views a month and earning $500? Sorry, but I find that incredibly difficult to believe? especially since I'm currently averaging close to a million views a month and earning about that.

If they uploaded, There video it will be a short time after it will remove after few months and banned there channels for ever.
Don't agin and agin attempt to upload copyrights video your account will banned for ever.

1. There are many traffic sources mainly from youtube search, other are I was mention in this thread above.
2. That's depend on your video and how you going to seo besides method I suggest in this thread.
3. To find a best keyword to your video use google trend

Yes if youtube catch the your video getting fake views, your ranking will be suddenly disappear.
No it's not good idea to buy likes however.
This is the way to rank in the google,
* Create a question relating to you video in (answers.yahoo.com) give the answer as your video link and thumbs up.
* Post your video at reddit using good old account.
* Post your video in social networks and hashtag it.
* Post your video ranked website in google.
I think this will work for you.

My Way :
Title : Best Arma 3 life montage Part 1
Captions of the video : Arma 3 life .............etc ..etc End of the Captions i Type again Arma 3 life .
Descriptions : line 1 : enjoy this amazing arma 3 life video montage , i made this by doing bla bla bla ..etc
