It's not possible to give a hypothetical valuation at this stage. There are a lot of factors involved. Wait until you've got a year of traffic history then come back to me.

This is not really something I have experience with, I'm afraid. I would imagine you could pick one up for a few thousand, though.

It's a little too early to sell. Wait until you have at least 6 months of earnings before thinking about a sale. It's doing really well at the moment, you'll just be selling yourself short if you try to sell now.

it make money on period 2012-2013, got banned adsense in 2013.
then I rarely update, last post in August 2014, to this day there is still at least about 1k visitors each day.

How much is this site worth? Junkcarbuyersraleighnc, it is my site, all revenue is made offline, I've probably owned it close to 3 years. The traffic is 100% organic and super targeted, 1 out of 2 people who visit the site wants to sell a car. It could be very valuable to junk car buyers in my local area and truthfully if I couldn't get atleast 50-60k for it then it wouldn't be worth selling.

Yes. The market for sites like this is basically non-existent these days. Keep the site.

Hard to value if income isn't derived online. Would suggest keeping it.

I'm considering selling my website which is related to a certain video game and offering services for it. It is completely hands off with only a few hours of work required to manage customer emails, and pay the employees weekly. Everything is automated with a custom php backend, order creation, tracking, completion and delivery of digital goods. It is definitely legal to sell, but is frowned upon by the game publisher. (there have been no lawsuits ect every by this company against any such business)

2014 Sales 190,000 Gross, 103,000 Net
Around 4,000-6000 uniques per month

All income and traffic is completely verifiable as payments were all through PayPal.

2015, is on track for just over half of that due to problems with sourcing stock that have been resolved now with a new supplier.
