Shoutouts?

Hi there,

How does one go about getting Shoutouts from big IG accounts in the same niche as them?

Example: I have a luxury blog with 2k followers. If I wanted a specific blog (with say 500k followers) to shout me out, how would I go about contacting them?

Is that how it works? I'd really just like as much information on purchasing shoutouts and the entire shoutout system. Thanks in advance!

Normally in the description they have an email, kik, or some way of contact. Message them that way and ask how much shoutouts cost. Simple as that.
