Kind of starting to question the integrity of this software. First off the Remove Duplication feature does not work. I get the same ids no matter if it is selected or not. I am starting to question whether some of the ids it is scraping from Pages are actually people who liked the page... It scraped 44k ids for a page that should not see nearly that many unique likes in the time frame I set. And when I checked the ids, majority of them are not even in the same city that the group is located.

Also what exactly happens when I check off both likes and comments when extracting from a Page? Does it only collect ids from users that both liked AND commented within the page? Or does it collect ids from users who liked OR commented on the page (or both)?

Are you scraping just shares? and what version are you running?

Yes I am aware that it scrapes the posts. I will illustrate an example to try to get my question across. Say there is a page with 1000 posts and a user has liked 8 of the posts. When the Remove Duplicates box is unchecked, I do not see 8 of the same UID. Why is this? It is automatically removing duplicates even though I don't have the Remove Duplicates checkbox checked off. For what I do it is beneficial to see all of the likes, regardless of duplicates or not. By analyzing duplicate UIDs I can better understand which users are more active on a page. If I can see the user's UID 8 times (meaning they liked 8 posts) in the extraction list, it better allows me to gauge that users page activity up against other users. This allows me to sort the UIDs based on most active to least active...

I think you are misunderstanding what I am exactly asking here so I will try to illustrate another example. Say I have likes AND comments checked off... and than I extract UIDs from a page. If a user has liked a post but NOT commented on anything on the page, will there UID show up in the extraction list? Or when both these boxes are checked off, would the user have to have liked AND commented on a post for their UID to appear in the extraction list?

Currently your website and the descriptions here in the postings do not not give an really easy understanding of how the software works and since you are not offering a trial - maybe you should put at least the manual for your program as a pdf file online so that possible buyers can read it.

Ok so it seems that you did not read the GUIDE! We spend a lot of time explaining everything in there. When you export you get 2 files. The file with "DUPS" at the end is the file you are looking for. These are users who did more then one action (the most ACTIVE users). So if you are collecting only comments, you will get two files the dups file is the users who commented more then once. etc...

You are overcomplicating this software About the auto kill dups I will check in to that. Regarding what you scape if you select comments and likes it will scrape all the comments and all the likes form your desired posts. Separating them is not possible. Hope that helped

Also note how in the first 2 pictures it says null (I don't think that is normal?) I have the latest version of Adobe Air. It was working fine until around a week and a bit more ago. Anyone else experience this problem and been able to fix it? If so how did you fix it? Thank you.

I would never buy from a seller with this type of attitude,just a simple question and he gets a heart attack,besides he's been treating everyone like kids out of kindergarten.Your point is valid,I don't usually bother to post but this is too much.And the soft is overpriced.

1. Does this scrape emails used to open facebook accounts or it only scrapes facebook ID( john . smith at face . com ? I am able to scrape the later ones easily and looking for scrape the main emails(gmail,yahoo.hotmail,aol...etc) So whhich emails does this product scrape?
2. How can I send emails to these without bouncing back ? Can I use my regular gmail or yahoo account or need smtp or other service?
3. What is the difference between this and your other product Ulead Pro other than this scrapes people who comments and likes?

And make sure you check the page you are scraping on the left! Because it looks like you did not! If that does not work lets get on Team Viewer and let me fix the issue!
