Is there any way to restrict the emails scraped either by time or by number of posts. I notice that the API will scape 500 posts.

The reason I ask is that I'm working in a sub-niche of the UK wedding industry and 500 posts may go back to 1 or two years and the potential bride may now be married!!

Great product BTW - very simple to use, and as you allude to above the possibilities are limited only by your imagination and your lateral thinking.

I have a few questions I hope you can help answer, as it would help me decide if this software is what I need.

I need to share that link with fans of a specific page or members of a specific group.

Can your software allow me to join a group or a fan page, and then after scrapping the fans' API, mass facebook-message them the link ?

1. Correct please read: Scrapes Active users who Like/Comment on a post in a Page/Group (open & closed) and now you can also collect EVENTS! And YES you upload the emails to use for custom audience.

2. For scraping please use a dummy US English PVA account. For Advertising use your real account! BUT make sure you are advertising within FB TOS, please don't come to me later and say your account was banner because you were advertising porn, gambling, hacks etc ..

We have over 4000 clients now, and not one has ever reported an AD account ban because of scraping

I just don't understand fully the meaning of such statements, hence the concrete questions.

Ok it extracts the ID of an ACTIVE user ("active" meaning what ? "currently connected" ?)

in the end my only question really is ---> Does having someone's ID allows me to communicate with them. That's all.

2. With the @facebook.com emails you scrape, you can then use those targeted leads in your custom audience Facebook ad campaigns.

I've now bought the software and now tried to use it and I pulled about 7000 members out of a group with 11000 members which is great. Then I uploaded the .csv file to Facebook website custom audiences and about one hour later it told me the audience was less than 20 people and about 5 minutes after that it said it had a low match rate of 19 % and I couldn't use it.


What should I do to fix this? I checked the emails in the .csv file and they come up like:
mathias.thomsen.397 ....
pmkofod ....

(After ... comes the at facebook email, I can't post it as I am new here)


I typed the part infront of the {at} into Facebook and checked about 25 emails and they all worked fine. What could be the issue here?
