Hi Visit,

There is quite a large range in the DA of the sites that links are built on. At the top end, sites like wordpress.com have a DA of 99. Then at the bottom end there will be much smaller sites with a DA of 10-15. And everything in between.

PA is somewhat dependent on the links that are built to that page, so new pages are generally going to have a low PA. This is increased in Tiers 1 and 2 by the effect of the tiering. Links built on pages already in existence, blog comments, social bookmarks etc, may already have a high PA.

I purchased this package ~1 month ago from Beastman for $37.00. I received about 600 links.

Keyword Difficulty (SEOMOZ) : 90%+
I'm going against well known sites that have pages with 100,000s+ of backlinks alone. Just stand-alone pages; it's freaking crazy.

Google filters certain keywords that places a penalty on sites. These keywords are usually related to education because Google does not like B2B sites ranking for anything that should be non-profit or people writing about something they don't know and having people learn the wrong information from their site.

It takes a combination of everything to get out and most sites never see the light of the day for these keywords, as what happened to my competitor. My keyword happened to be picked up by Google's filter and has not been ranking for 2+ months. :motz:

Website stats prior to purchase of package:

Fully SEO Optimized
5000+ words of content
Great Social media (FB likes, 100s of Google +, Twitter Retweets)
x2 301 directs from >30 Domain/Page Authority SEOMOZ related websites
30+ authority backlinks from other websites with high PR/low OBL/non-related

Results :

Google: Unranked > Page 8
Yahoo: No change (My sites were ranked on Yahoo already)
Bing: No change (My sites were ranked on Bing already)

Cons:
There were at least 10 broken links in the package. That's only ~1.5%, however I only check a very small portion of the list. I'd guess somewhere between 5-8% are broken.

Recommendation: If I had a main keyword difficult of 40-60%, no doubt I'd be #1 on Google with just the links alone.
