Fresh Out The SEO Womb! Need Binary Breast Milk!

Feeling like I'm fresh out the SEO womb, new to words like "Black Hat" - I need some binary breast milk in a major way!
After spending the last 10 years out of school at the same lame azz job, those ungrateful chumps sold the company... and sold my job with it.
I'm scrounging to find something I can do that doesn't involve working for corporate America.... or working for minimum wage.

That being said, I have an audio/video background. Produced grunge music when I lived in Seattle and then corporate jingles once I landed in Arizona.
My video background is basic, I shoot and edit simple stuff (unfortunately nothing that involves naked women).

My number one goal as of this key stroke is..... learning how to optimize youtube videos for search.
I really want to learn how to place a youtube video on page one of Google.

If anyone reading this knows where on this site that information might be located... feel free to tell me, I will totally appreciate it and say thanks!
Or, if anyone can tell me weather or not it's as easy as I'm making it sound.... go ahead and slap me with a reality check... and make the check out to Krey Kavelli.
