Need some strong advise, loosing positions

Hey guys, need some strong advise from guru's
so I've been on top 3 on high competitive keywords, but since last week few of the sites that were bellow me started pushing me down, after that I've started to add some strong sale links, then i got back on 2nd pos, but those 3 sites( including mine) still paying with positions, what shall i do to make it back stable?
