Bought ScrapeBox and New Site

Like my title says, I bought ScrapeBox and I have recently started a new website in my niche.

Its an Ecommerce website so I don't want to do much link blasting or stuff like that.

How would you all recommend using ScrapeBox to:

1. research competitors (if it even does that)
2. find places to post (for guest blogs and that sort)
3. the proper way to build backlinks for a new site (with ScrapeBox)
4. just an all around approach to success with ScrapeBox in the beginning, I don't want to over do it

Or just shoot me some links to other threads (I am currently utilizing YouTube to learn how to use it)

Don't use SB to blast links. Every other use is fine in 2015.
