BADASS DOMAIN - Should i register ?

I was searching domains for pbn and i got to this domain.
Its still indexed in ggogle i checked with site:domainname
It has PA 51 DA 47


I was just about to register it and i found out it has 90 % MAIN 4 WORD KEYWORD ANCHOR TEXT.

Should i register that domain even it was probably penalized for anchor text since it has a lot of quallity backlinks?
Or maybe register it and use as neg -seo.

Can omeone experienced in this matter help me.
Would using it as PBN still bring a lot of linkjuice even it is penalized for anchor text?

How can we know this? 1500 spam links or 1500 editorial links? These are just a few pieces of puzzle. Reading your questions I see that you don't know what is quality and what is crap, so I cannot trust you when you say that domain "has quality backlinks".

I checked a lot of links in majesticseo and atleast 50-100 had tf/cf greater than 10 and didnt look as a spam

This means nothing, if you don't know how to read links you wont be able to do SEO properly. So what if 90% of anchors are the same? All big brands have huge amount of brand anchors pointing to either their homepage or other pages. Thats normal.
But this does not mean that your keywords/anchors/links are great...I am just saying that you shouldn't look numbers (ct/ft/dildo/da/pa/whatever), you need to check if links are real and quality

Anyway since i forgot the URL , what do you think would that work as pbn since it has 90 % kw: Amazon Store Wordpress Theme, or not?

I noticed that few moments ago when i published and i also wrote later in comment that there is URL because i dont really care about that domain.
I just wanted to get some answers for domain researching that i will be able to use later but i see some members would rather post some stupid shit instead of helping.
