Apologies to all of the Serpify & forum users for not been able to respond to support tickets and forum thread. We were facing lot of personal & professional issues recently. We have managed to come out of the issue (not completely though) We are trying to be active again. Expecting your support.

Also, a little announcement:

We just released 2.0.2!

We've addressed the following points:

1) We have improved our search delegation algorithm and make sure Serpify user get more amount of searches per day.
2) We've resolved the bug which some of the Serpify users were facing while adding keywords to their campaign in spite of their available quota limit.
3) Added support for additional international Google search engines.


What we're currently working on:

* Tabs opened (investigating this issue now, it appears to only happen in rare instances on certain version of Windows. Will get to the bottom of it ASAP.)
* Finish testing and add support for Yahoo search engine
* Finish testing and add support for YouTube search engine
* Performance optimization
* New campaign targeting HitLeap users.

I got the amateur package - the program seems buggy regardless of how many updates come out as it tends to crash a fair amount. I also understand that there's no guarantee that you'll get to your max searches per day, but I don't even think I've ever gotten more than 50% of my allotted searches in any given day.

I have to say, I really love version 2.0.2. The previous versions were buggy, but this one hasn't crashed even once yet. I seem to be getting all my allotted searches a day. Good job guys, I look forward to future versions!

I decided to renew again, seeing as version 2.0.2 was released so they're at least still doing something!

They did resolve the keyword adding problem, but did not provide any refund or credit. I have reopened the ticket insisting on this. I don't see why they are pissing off paying users by not delivering what we've paid for *and* refusing to provide at least credits. I'm an early user of another service with "serp" in its name and they're totally awesome at looking after early adopters.

I also don't see why having a developer quit results in the entire company disappearing for weeks including the support desk.

Subscribed in $99 plan. It crashes a lot in windows server 2008 and even paid user need to suffer from balance.
Not even easy to get some reply when opening cases.

Hmm... Sounds like an interesting concept that might have promise, but it seems like there are a lot of bugs to work out.

Might try this or even purchase paid version once all of the issues to are resolved and someone can show proof of increased SERP results from this.

Their technical support is still slow and not particularly good. My most recent ticket took 5 days to get a response and then his response was.. "I don't understand your question". I still don't get why anyone business-savvy would be pissing off paying users so badly at the start of a product. How much does it cost to have someone answer ticket within a day?

Seeing as I can't get help through their support desk, here is a major bug they have: the same Serpify clients/bots are being used over and over. i.e. if you check using a sophisticated analytics package, it will show many serpify visits as repeat visitors not new visitors. And every time, they are spoofing a new user agent and new operating system. Realistically, this creates a massive footprint and also is not being effective in showing Google that you have *unique* visitors searching. In my case, I only have hundreds of queries per week and yet most Serpify bot visitors are being reused 3-4 times in the same week so I only have perhaps 50 unique visitors and not 200-300. If there truly are 15000 Seprify endpoints then I should not expect to see the same IP showing up for months.

This SERPIFY version, like previous is buggy - all the time crashes and must be restarted. When you will release stable version? The idea is to run software on some PC without support all the time The most program crashes now are when I try to move window somewhere.

Two more suggestions from me:
1. Add more Google search engines. Now are only 22.
2. Add option to minimize software in taskbar. No one needs to see window all the time, users need to run it and to forget it.
