Hi, i'm getting an error message when I try to log into facebook within the app - something along the lines of "the developer hasn't set up the app to use facebook".

I used SLG about 6 weeks ago really successfully and ive just tried to use it again for a different campaign but I ran into this issue. I tried uninstalling but now can't find the download link. I have my working username and password to log in but crawling through my e-mails it doesn't come up.

Can you please PM me the download link so I can get the latest version and log in?

Social Lead Gold is not working for me. When I type the keyword it and click search it does not find any results the searching box appears for a split second and then disappears. It was working for me a couple days ago. I am using v 3.14 and on Mac

I have test the software, looks great. But when I upload the email to custom audience list at Facebook, it tooks forever to load the list. ( I remember last time when I upload the custom audience email, it took only 10 sec for FB to show how many custom audience I had uploded). Once it is loaded in Facebook, it show only 7k instead of 20k which i uploaded initially. Something wrong ?

One of the issues i'm having is I currently run facebook ads eg: AUSTRALIA WOMEN 25-40 who like 'weight watchers'. I get about 30c per click.

When I use social lead gold, and go in and scrape Weight Watchers page with all the active users commenting and liking, and I upload it into a custom audience and run the SAME AD... the price gets ridiculous.. i receive only about 1-2 clicks and charges me $2+ per click.

I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong or getting a list of bot accounts because ive tried this on a number of ads and the Pay Per Click has increased so much with a custom audience.

Any advice?

Probably a stupid question but just want to make sure. When I extract for a specific page (likes and comments), those UIDs are for people who commented or liked a post on that page only right?

Because there is many pages on Facebook with a great amount of likes, like high brands, but very low engagement as the brands do not know how to engage their fans - but I still need those who liked a specific brand, even if they are inactive. How do I do this?

I also can't scrape more than 1.000 people who attend an event, I've found very valuable events with more than 60.000 attendees which I need to scrape, how do I do this?

And currently if we scrape more then 1000 users from an event Facebook shuts down accounts. So ... we are working for a way around this issue, and always improving the software as usual.

I purchased this 2 days ago. I have both Social Lead Gold and the other competitor software. If I had to choose one I would definitely go with Social Lead Gold. Being able to extract UIDs from closed groups is very useful. To my knowledge you cannot do this with the other competitor software... Thanks for the great software.

Kind of starting to question the integrity of this software. First off the Remove Duplication feature does not work. I get the same ids no matter if it is selected or not. I am starting to question whether some of the ids it is scraping from Pages are actually people who liked the page... It scraped 44k ids for a page that should not see nearly that many unique likes in the time frame I set. And when I checked the ids, majority of them are not even in the same city that the group is located.

Also what exactly happens when I check off both likes and comments when extracting from a Page? Does it only collect ids from users that both liked AND commented within the page? Or does it collect ids from users who liked OR commented on the page (or both)?
