This is not illegal in a criminal sense, but it is probably against your clothing employer's privacy policy. They could sue you if they found out.

Problem is, thousands of employees do this every day....it's a privacy nightmare out there and there's nothing anyone can do.

YES it is illegal, I am from germany and you can be 100% sure that if you live in a first world country this will not be legal.

If you try to steal the customers from your company, how could it be legal?

Alone if you need yourself to ask this question if something is legal, you can be sure it will be not.

I'm trying to market my online store.

However, I work for a well known clothing brand... I am a customer service rep, via emails. I also do on phone customer service and have access to customers email addresses.


Is it illegal to send my newsletter to my store to their emails? I'm not going to do it If it is illegal.

I wouldn't do it. It's not really illegal imo, but still you can get sued for it.
