What should I write for my thesis?

So in about 3 months I have to start my thesis for my masters degree in software development.
And so far I have no idea what to write about - so I'm asking you guys now, since I love just sitting and reading inspirational articles from here.

My specialisation is "Web systems", which means web pages, web theory and security - and the thesis should preferably (but not necessarily, if the idea is really good) be web-oriented, so something blackhat seo related should/could be relevant.
The thesis should take 4-5 months to make (the coding and/or actual real life stuff) and write.

Any ideas?
If it's going to be coding related I know c#, html/php/js, and a bit of java.
