I starting getting this a lot:
I order a service , and then the seller dissapear
They don't even bother to respond, and you need to start chasing them to provide th service

I think BHW users should find a solution for that, every seller needs to have a feedback option , cause this attitude is annoying

Yep happened to me quite a few times as well. Nowadays I use a zero tolerance policy, one day late is dispute and immidiate escalation at Paypal as every single time they have another sob story to delay it further and they don't pull back to come up with the most extreme reasons like nearly dead situations, happens a little too often to be true.

Next time I'll pay more attention to the iTrader score as well, never really looked at it, my fault.

Joined less than 1 month ago. "Nowadays", he says

There are still some sellers with dignity and professionalism, i make sure when i place an order the seller is an old member and have good itrader

It's our part of the job to check if the seller is able to provide the work within his TAT :

- Always check last posts on his/her BST if he/she got one
- Always check iTraders
- Always chat with him/her on skype/pm or whatever
- Try to not buy from user that made a registration in less than a month
- Check his last started posts/threads and see if he/she made good contribution or just posting some bullshits
- A little search on google with his/her BHW username/ skype username is always a good thing to do, you can find ripoff report or scam threads
- Do not pay for a service with Friend payment on PayPal
- Before purchasing, be sure to ask him for his/her refund policy (it can be useful for ShitList)

By doing that, you can easily separate good and bad sellers.
It will take you 3 minutes and might save your money

I would suggest buyer to check both itrader as well as the age of their account n this forum

Most of the buyer look for cheap prices which result in scam most of the time

Good luck

we are not all scum bags you no

OP, to generalize is not going to get you a result usually. You want to direct your question to the seller in question directly so that the problem can be resolved.

I'm really anti-{generalize|put everyone in the same box|mass blast instead of direct communication} as that is the sort of thing that can lead one to believe all are bad when it is just a handful.

Talk to the seller(s) that is not giving you the satisfaction you need and work that out. A lack of communication on their part could be because they are working on your site/providing the service you paid for and not a slap in your face on their part.

I didn't intend to generalize, I just pointed out a direction I felt the forum is taking, it still can be my personal experince

I honestly experienced it from sellers who probably had too many orders, and get too much business than they can handle.
Old sellers, with a lot going on who just probably decided to ignore some of the orders...
That was my latest experience actually.
