Customer service does not exist. Placed the order on 02/23/15. Received email that the work started. It has been more than 10 days now, and I emailed them, and as you can see posted here on BHW - to no avail. No one answers. BTH estimated TAT was 7 days. Guess will be contacting PayPal for resolution tomorrow.

My order is only two days after the due date but I needed it yesterday. I have requested a refund as it is useless to me now, I had to do a rush job on it myself.


Guess I will give it a day or two for them to refund or open a PP dispute. Really do not need all this hassle - why do people offer a service when they can't deliver it?

Not yet. Received an email 2 days after the posting assuring that the order will be delivered 24-48 hours. While I am not in a rush - unrealistic TAT promises are not professional. The quality is yet to be assessed. BTH, 48 passed already, and I will open PP dispute tomorrow.
