I placed an order and never received a notification that the content was finalized (order 82E7B6QQPU). I tried logging in ( a month later ) to get it but my login and password no longer work. I've sent a PM on this site, i've tried skyping, i sent an email to the paypal email address, and i left a message on the chat window. I have had no feedback from the owner and this is now going on over a week.

If you could please get back with me it would be appreciated. My first order was smooth. This one is painful.

Customer service does not exist. Placed the order on 02/23/15. Received email that the work started. It has been more than 10 days now, and I emailed them, and as you can see posted here on BHW - to no avail. No one answers. BTH estimated TAT was 7 days. Guess will be contacting PayPal for resolution tomorrow.
