Hi Mates,

I gave my hosting Security answer to Hosting Virtual Assistant, she/he has known my password and security answers. Do you think they might hack me or any doubts in them? If you were asked to give password, security answer to Virtual Assistant of your hosting, will you give them in LIVE chat Support?

Always change your credentials after you hire an outsider to help you out with something.

Actually, had several times problems with hosting. Then, every time i needed helps, i went to LIVE chat support and they asked me to provide the Pass and Security answer, Trusted them and passed info to them. Now scared though
Gonna be changing soon

Good point. Yeah to verify that it was me the real holder of the hosting account. Thats the reasons. But, later, they know the info and will change the password and Security answer from their computers at home?
