Interesting .... I guess you have to order the 500 package to get any real support. Like others have mentioned here, I signed up for the 10 proxy package (probably would not have if I had read some of the responses here) and immediately had problems. I have also submitted two different support tickets without receiving a reply... hmmmm....

What is the process for getting a refund?

I did same, bought 10 to test for later on upgrade to 1k+ sent 2 tickets a week ago no response.
And the questions was not hard. One was to replace 2 bad proxies and another question.

I purchased 30 private proxies, they claim instant to 1hr setup. I even emailed them as soon as I purchased just to make sure I get my proxies fast as I wanted them asap. It took overnight before I got a response and when I did it was stating I won't have proxies for 2 days. I immeditialy replied and requesting a refund which is in there policy and they have not replied since. Terrible service and if they can't provide 30proxies would not suggest serious buisness with them.

My Review: Orderd a test pack of 10 proxies so called virigin proxies. 2 was not working from start for what i wanted to use them for. While they state it should be fine. So i sent a ticket. No Replay on it for a week. Proxies also was down for 24h without any words.

When they finally answer my ticket they say they wont replace those 2 bad proxies until next billing. So i pay for something that dont work and never worked. I would NOT deal with those guys. Support is really bad in all ways. My rating:

Price: 9/10
Support: 1/10
Uptime: 3/10

We had already replied you that we are not taking any more dedicated orders since it is already filled and by next 2 days you will get it , But anyways be little patient , your refund is already processed.

All proxies are tested before it is being delivered to you for instagram, Anyways if you are not happy then we can process your refund.

Hi, its true our dedicated slots are currently full and we are in process of changing our datacenter to a bigger one so till such time we are not accepting any orders for dedicated proxies , however our shared proxies slots are open if you want to try our proxies. All things should be okay in next 2-3 days when we migrate to large datacenter. I will notify once we are open for that. As for the review we have over 200 paying customers who are using our proxies , but some went little impatient , we try our best help them but again these things are not in our control and can happen with any business. So its okay!

They asked to give extra 24-48 hours to make proxy. I've waited again and nothing happen. Seeking for refund and no respond yet. If they knew I was going to order proxy, why not have them ready while paypal is processing or clearing the echeck?
