Why not message a moderator directly instead of creating a thread. Users can't help you with what you want.

Maybe if you try to send an Email to the support via http://support.blackhatworld.com/customer/portal/emails/new , your problem would be solved.

OP, it is clear, Admin are just ignoring you on purpose. You shouldn't stand for it. Attract their attention by starting numerous threads regarding this issue.
