Question about a porn website penality

hi, guys i have a question about a porn website (not international) which i did on October 2, 2014 and after 2 weeks i ordered 3 seo packets from seoclerks. A week was good, i was #5 google on the best keyword from my country and 10,000 visitors+ daily, and after that i just get down and down at 5,000 visitors, after 3,000 visitors...

My website is penalized by google? What i can do in this situation? I have now 600-700 visitors daily and i upload 15 videos everyday. And i have 600-700 / day after 4 months + of uptime...

have you lost your rankings? You said, that you managed to get #5 for your main keyword. What position does it hold right now?

Page 5 google but is a movie there...website is N/A on my country google and on google international is 91
