Ok,

A few questions

This is a one time payment?

Also so this basiccaly is for ranking in organic & for local ? Local meaning Google places? or just Local meaning in your locale. Like for a service based business. Is this for a few KW's or mostly branded without particular KW.

I have a few sites that are ranking different. One on page 1 pos 6-7) two on page two. etc.. This may be the boost I need.

Sorry for the newb questions just want to make sure I know what I am getting ..

1. Organic and/or local (ie Google Places) rankings, it doesn't matter, we improve them.
2. We will ask you for 5 keywords, though quite honestly you won't much see them used in your tier one. Our tier one (local biz directories, etc) only allow for generic, raw URL or branded anchors, so even if we wanted to optimize the anchor, we couldn't. We will use the keywords as "categories" or "tags" on these sites to add relevancy. They will also be used in the tiers built to the local directories, etc.
3. This is the boost you need. Period.

Boom!

We literally have ranking graphs for days... Adam just sent me a rar file with 60+ success stories in the current MONTH of February...

The tier 2's are ranking the Tier 1's in brand serps... and with something we're working on... even as parasites for your money keywords :)

Any tips for the actual html of the website? Does your service optimize the html, or is it just for citations... I have a new business in a competitive keyword.

From what I read this is for both the website and google business local listing right?

Anymore reviews or coupons?

Loganix is purely offsite. If you need some pointers on the onsite stuff, you can shoot us a message at [email protected] and either Adam or myself will get back to you and give some pointers. If you need implementation work, we can work out a fair quote for you on the agency side.

Sidenote: If you were the one who submitted a message earlier through our contact form, Adam has either sent you a message or will hit you up in the AM.

Correct. You're getting the local benefit of the citations, as well as strong links directed at your ******** citations - which creates a safety buffer but also packs a punch. Because of the update cycles for local results (which can be up to 3 months), , our clients almost always see an organic bump before they see a local bump.

Hello,

My offline business already ranks for a few "Service, Location" keywords. However we want to expand the visibility of our other services locally as well as get break into just the plain "Service" keyword SERPs as we provide services nation-wide.

How does your service provide boosts to specific keywords when most of the T1 are branded? Through the association with the T2 anchor texts?

I would not depend on our service to provide keyword relevance. That isn't it strong suit, and to be quite honest, I stop relying on links to provide that a long time ago - especially from a anchor stand point. If my website is optimized sufficiently, Google will know where to put me. Sure, some relevant links aren't a bad thing, but I am not stressing about anchor text much. Brand/raw/generic makes up 95%+ of my typical anchor profile. I will occasionally send a few kw relevant anchors, just to nudge Goog a little.

So to answer your question, it really won't give Google much to go one as far as what keywords to rank you for from a traditional stand point. It could be argued I suppose that 1) that these links (tier 1), because of the citations, will drive home the point that you are in cityname. 2) we do collect keywords from you, and we will use those in the optimization of the properties, including tier 2. For example, they property might allow custom categories, or tags, and here we'd use the keywords, creating on page relevance for your kws.

Hope that helps?

So there are more things than keyword rich anchor text that rank your sites...

The most important is the TRUST of the links you're sending to your site. All of these sites have trust written all over them and sites love them. They also take very kindly to a nice tier 2.

I rank with BRAND keyword PBN links all the time. It's because they PUSH you... if your site has proper on-site you'll be just fine.
