Edit: So it took them 6 days (4 with status normal and 2 with status urgent) to find and fix a missing DNS record.
Lets see how long it takes for them to fix the response time.
I'm a bit confused... you have the domain registered at another registrar and you have a VPS with them so you have root access. Why would you wait 6 days for them to fix this instead of just fixing it yourself. If it was something as simple as a record missing, that should be something you could have done yourself. If you don't know how to perform the most basic tasks of managing a VPS, you honestly shouldn't have one.
I'm not saying this to be mean, but the route you're taking is how so many people get their websites hacked - they are trying to run them on their own servers and don't understand the basics of managing them or hardening their security.
FBGuru stop bullshitting! The hosting sucks, the OP is not the problem.
The VPS his having should have no problem holding up that amount even if the sites are having large amount of traffic.
Where did I say like OP is the problem and hosting is good?

Oh, no wonder. You're in the angry birds mood. Go and do some yoga.
Yes, It really do sucksAnd as you say they try to point the finger else where, don't want to help. Mostly you get to hear "Its working fine, everything else?" abvously its not lol.. And they never seems to know what they are doing. I delivered everything in their hands, error message, prints, links to guides. They still did'nt succeed to fix it.
So why the hell do everyone recommend them every time words "adult" and "hosting" come together in a post?
I have to admire your persistence.
Also the post I have made few of them are a fucking joke. And I don't care if you are trying to make me look bad, the fact you are wrong in this instance and stop give advice to people when you don't know or don't have enough knowledge in the topic.
Yes I know its a joke and the bigger joke is you saying you can run 50 wordpress sites each with 10 plugins on a 1.5GB VPS. Sure you could run 1000's of sites in 1.5GB memory IF they're all HTML sites. Think about(I know you can't) how much processing power it takes to compile and execute 500 plugins of PHP code each with its own set of rules and data. Not to mention the stress you put on the MYSQL and server side scripts and extensions installed for cPanel. Anyone who knows a little about server administration will know know how bad it is push 50 sites on such little server. Unfortunately, we're in BHW. Try asking the same question in WHT and you will know what I mean.
OP, backup your sites and move your sites to some other reliable hosting company.
Already changed host
To be honest I don't know that much about how much power is needed to do X, I just keep an eye on the server stats and upgrade when needed
But what server specs would you say are needed to run 50 sites with 10 plugins?![]()

Dude he has 20GB hhd and 1gb ram
He can add 100 of sites. The plugin will not take up ram until someone is on the actual site activating the plugin.
Of course if there are lot of visitors the site will be slow as shit but still.
I know what I'm talking I did have 15 sites on one VPS completely managed by me with 1.5 gb ram and daily 5-10k visitors.
Also I am network engineer.
No offense taken mate. CCNA & CCNP certified network engineer here too with years of experience in server management before jumping into BH SEO.![]()
OP changed the host and thats what matters the most. Lets concentrate on our work.
