Need Some Help - Did Negative SEO to Myself!!

Hello! I am still a starter in internet marketing having about 6-7 months I took action. I have learned a lot through this great community, but that didn't stop me making a serious mistake. Well, I suppose this is part of the learning curve.
I would like to ask some help and advice about what to do.

One of my websites is in the beauty niche (monetizing-amazon), it is going well having the first organic traffic signs and some sales and I wanted to push it a little further. So I did a stupid mistake. I bought a fiverr gig that said would promote my website in beauty niche blogs etc..

The result was a report with 6.000 + crappy backlinks from automated pages created like whois etc. I freaked out... and waiting for a google penalty for sure. It is like I did negative SEO to myself.
The question is, how do I save the day for my website? Should I try and use immediately the disavow tool containing all the 6k + links?
The links in the report are not in pure address form they have stuff going on before and after like this example :

Should I apply to disavow immediately? What else should I do? Thanks to anyone who is willing to help me out!

PS. I love internet marketing and I'm not willing to give up , but I have to say, the scam level in this field is unbelievable.

Do the disavow or just relax. I did exact the same mistake about 2 years ago ( I was pretty new to SEO and only knew that Backlinks will increase my rankings, lol). I didn't disavow that links and my website is still ranking in the TOP 10 after two years.

Just build some quality backlinks now.

OP, you have two options after punching yourself in the face:

1) Wait and build quality links to your site... it could take some time to come back or it could end up forever in the trash.
2) De-index the site, remove the content, buy a new domain and reupload the content and build your backlinks properly from the start.

I've done testing on that myself... trashed a few sites with stupid backlinks on purpose and tested to see which one is best and #2 was the best way to go for the sites I did that to.

Option #1 just never happened for me although I have heard it has for others.

Disavowing 6000 links? How much time would that take?

There are different opinions on negative SEO, depending on when you received the report, you should check out if those links are indexed... and if they are... and you get the same level traffic... you shouldn't bother.

As some of the guys above said, it's best to spend that time creating quality links, and content.

Never buy SEO gigs from Fiverr, they use unethical methods for SEO which will affect your website.

Thank you all for your valuable help. I will try method 1 because I feel I don't have the experience and patience to de-index the site and set it up from the start. Actually, I have already started to build my domain name as brand name and have good social media exposure and would not want to loose that.
So I will wait and see and if things go wrong I will take the number 2 solution. So far, I have already put 2000 out of 6000 in webmaster's disavow tool.

Theres a good chance they used GSA or something similar. If they did they can pretty easily delete 80% of those links (if they haven't deleted the project yet). Did you ask them to delete the links?

Dont worry about it for now, let it go as I doubt the majority of links would even be indexed. Check google webmasters and see if hey show up.

Yes I asked them for that , they cancelled my order refunded the money,they said nothing and didn't respond since. I don't think I'll get another response, so I'll just wait, I put them all in disavow tool and I'll check webmaster's backlinks to see what's going to happen.

Disavow the links. You can go to Fiverr again and get someone to build the disavow list for you or if you don't trust Fiverr anymore, do it yourself. I know it's a pain but at least you will learn a lot from the process.
