Currantly i am in france, i found some item on amazon for 15 € and they sold on ebay for something like 35 € that's crazy.

I have a question about the prime account. You mentioned you can have "unlimited" prime accounts. Is this assuming that you create multiple email accounts? Is there a way to reset the Prime account with just 1 email account?

Ah thank you mate! Once I do it through Amazon, I then return to ebay and mark item as dispatched once I get confirmation through Amazon right? And add tracking etc?

No, you have to make a new email and Prime account each 30 days.

If you are worried, mark the item as a gift to be sure no invoices are sent. Although, I have tested and Amazon stopped sending invoices with almost all items around 2 years ago.

A lot of you are probably aware and have acted accordingly, but I believe my product was bought by a guy in time for his woman for Valentines Day. It's a good idea to currently list products from a mans perspective of buying for a woman (even if you don't buy into the deluded commercialized premise of Valentines day).

Just took first action and have listed a couple items. I'll report on the results as they come in. Had no problem creating new Amazon acct for Prime trial, however make sure the credit/debit card you use for the trial has at least $1 on it, they do place a hold in that amount to verify. Kudos again to OP for a doable method with the extra benefit of fast payment through eBay!

What Amazon does not tell you but you can find is they have a option to ship goods that are not sold on Amazon but on other sites
This may be for Sellers only of their own products it might not be so could be worth looking into and for the little extra cost could be worth it instead of making a new account each month

Amazon best sellers are absolutely saturated on ebay with low prices and a couple of super sellers offering at a price that you would be making a loss on.

I mentioned this before but I will say it again. Look for items that are not name brand or popular. There are many vendors that sell on eBay that will get game consoles cheaper than you will ever find on Amazon. You need to think more outside the box. Amazon has TONS of items to choose from, don't limit yourself.

Works well! If you have lower feedback it is recommended
to sell lower priced item and build up that feedback as it
is crucial for credibility and to move onto selling higher priced
items.

So found this method. Before I left for work today listed 2 items, one was 180 ish on amazon so I listed it for 10% more thinking that would be a good profit margin and I would be priced lower than others. Was really excited to find that someone had purchased it within two hours of listing! Just got home and first found that my paypal account needed confirmed and I won't be getting the money for about 3 weeks. Alright acceptable I guess. Also saw that 3% was coming out so essentially 6 bucks off of my portion. Then I go to place my order and tax gets put on... so I essentially just lost 2 bucks.

Lesson learned, be aware of tax and paypal fees.

At least I have the first one out of the way and should be able to get the money soon and have no problems after.

Any suggestions on pricing and what margin to shoot for. Or ways to avoid tax?

EDIT: Decided to just cancel the order from Amazon and refund the guy his money. Doesn't make sense to lose money and be out nearly 200 bucks for 3 weeks waiting on the funds to go through.

I clearly state all the fees in the original post. Seems like you also forgot about the 10% eBay fee as well.
