scraping linkedin - how fast

Hi,

I'm wondering what are the limits Linkedin imposes on scraping. I've seen several tools (e.g. linkeddominator, linkedin marketer), but noone mentions how fast are they scraping.
So - how much profiles can I grab daily hourly one account and single IP?
If I have 2x more accounts/IPs will I be able to grab them twice as fast?
Does it get better (quality/speed) if the accounts are Linkedin premium accounts?

I've been scraping email manually from linkedin for a 3 years and this is think is for the account that isn't premium.
