You could maintain both aiming to eventually rank both of them.
I should delete and disavow all junky links. That's going to take a lot of time and I prefer to focus on business. Thanks for your interest.

Thanks for your feedback and experience Aleksandrius. Why were you deindexed on SERPs ? Did you make any change on old website before 301 redirect to the new one ?
How are going both websites now ?
Regards
Old website got penalized because of crappy links and over anchor optimization. Still a good idea to 301 ?
I would personally hit it with a huge contextual blast avoiding the overoptimized anchor and see if the penalty is lifted in a few weeks. Panda penalties sometimes go away if you fix your anchor text ratios
:1: i wil go with 301 solution bcs if penalty really can pas from 301 then u can just 301 it to your competitor
Hahaha this is super blackhat. If this shit works I will be buying 10 domains, do a direct xrumer blast to penalize all of them and use 301 on all the domains on one competitor site at a time :firedevil
You're a douche for outing this; not that it couldn't be found elsewhere or figured out but you're giving turds like CashDash ideas that he wouldn't have figured out by himself.
I've got and idea for you shit for brains, how about building up your own sites instead of tearing down other folk's hard work? Too hard for you? That's not blackhat - that's being an asshole. If someone did this to my sites that I've spent a year and half of every available waking moment (20 hour days counting the day job) building, I would be out for blood.
Nice one Google. I hope you're seeing this Matt (or his minions - I know you read this) - collateral damage from your insatiable desire to control the www (and Adwords). It's just not black and grey hatters this is affecting, it's your precious white hat "build good content" sites as well. I hope you sleep good at night.
If I get an infraction for this, I don't really mind. It's worth it.
Glad I could be of help, although I would start preparing to change domains over, never had a site that's taken an optimization penalty last more than a couple of months after fixing it.
Also, do any future linkbuilding through a 301
I took a leap of faith tonight and redirected the entire (old) domain to the new one, will keep an eye on it, see what happens. Thanks for keeping us updated. I'll post whatever results I'll have in a few days. Keep my fingers crossed![]()
