I should delete and disavow all junky links. That's going to take a lot of time and I prefer to focus on business. Thanks for your interest.

As I said in the previous post, I wasn't deindexed.
My site was removed from the first page.
However, if you type site:mysite.com you would've seen my site as indexed.
That being told, I can tell that G penalized my site in term of rankings.

I would personally hit it with a huge contextual blast avoiding the overoptimized anchor and see if the penalty is lifted in a few weeks. Panda penalties sometimes go away if you fix your anchor text ratios

one of my site gets penalised about two months ago and one month later i moved all the content to my new domain and 301 the old domain to my new site. but only the homepage of my new site gets indexed after one month. what's your guys 301 method? does the 301 code matters? Thanks!

If you want to use of your old website, invest in cleaning up its link profile using Google's link disavow tool over at Google Webmaster Tools and building its own high-value content offering. All being well, you could then end up with two top ranking websites, or a second website that is at least safe to redirect to your primary website asset.

This ! I'm going to dilute my anchor ratio as much as possible. Actually on 280 backlinks, only 10 of them are naked homepage URL (lame). Do you know any service I could use to dilute my anchor ratio ?

Penalization is not passed with 301 redirect.
If the site is deinxexed, Link Juice neither.
Don't get too emotional.

Edit : I'm finally ending diluting my anchor text ratio. Going to see if Google removes the penalty or not. Would be best to rank both to get as much conversions as possible as there are only a few sellers on my niche.

Will post results in a few days-weeks.

I've asked for 7 days drip-feed so I think it's not totally done but I already can see moves. It may be a dance but at least it is reacting positively, just for you to know !

Thank you all for great posts, I have the same problem, would the 301 redirect work if a website was penalized because of PBN ?
It didn't get de-indexed, it just dropped from 1st and second page to about 90 and below. Didn't get any manual penalty either. I'm not sure if it dropped because of PBN or anchortext optimization or too many do-follow links. I guess I'll never find out. I'm so tempted to do 301 but on the other hand I don't want screw up my new site were I build one link at a time. mind you the site is still ranking very well on yahoo and bing.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Could you develop a bit more ? Do you recommand a 301 redirection of the old site to the new one (change domains over) ? Should I keep backlinking the old domain name ?

You should forget about the old domain and concentrate on the new domain. dont go via redirect route if you are not an expert in doing that..
