1) All the products in the same niche?
2) How many visitors you are getting a day?
3) Can I use the articles provided by Vendor for reviews? Actually it's not review articles. Some vendors are providing articles about their niche.

I don't recall seeing $300/week from SEO alone on BHW with a 3-5 week old website.

How old it is? Did you buy it for this project or had it already? How your keywords are ranking atm? What's your plan atm, seoing more and/or writing more reviews? Are you planning to buy seo packages or doing everything by your own?
Edit: More questions, what kind of theme you are using?

After manov's last journey he did not go on to pitch any products and mostly disappeared. I gave him a lot of shit in that thread (of which I'll apologize for now - he just doesn't like to share more than 1 or 2 sentences which can be annoying) but I definitely think he's legit and knows his shit.
Just don't expect him to give very detailed info about anything. Like a tutorial or anything like that.
So let me ask you manov. Your method wreaks of launch jacking can you confirm whether or not that's what you're doing?
You're either taking advantage of newly released products and finding expired domains for those niches OR you're just finding expired domains and doing really excellent keyword & product research. I'd really like to know which one you're doing?

My view as well, either OP taking advatange of launch jacking, even with low gravity product, the speed of which OP achieve rankings and bank leaves me with some doubt.
