Photo Verification happens when you stuck with IP address problem which probably check yourself real user or not.

If you accept them slowly, then everything will be fine. But of course these days no one knows how facebook can find the fake accounts..

When photo verification happens the fb team catch you I think it is IP address problem otherwise the people report you.you accept them slowly.

From my experience it usually happens if you start using Facebook Ads from any fake FB account. Maybe Facebook manually check all accounts who start using FB Ads and lock account for Photo verification if they find out that FB account might be fake.

you will photo verification for the following reasons:-
1) sending/accepting frnd request in bulk.
2) Spamming FB group with Spam links.
3) Using more account on single IP without clearing cookie.
4) If your frnds reported you as fake ( don't tag them with your shit photo's)

Yes you will get it. Doesn't matter if you didn't request them.

You can face photo verification in many sectors of facebook. It doesn't depend on your accepting requests or sending .
