Do you guys support Dutch yet?

LEt me know!

We currently do not support Dutch - the language we currently support are English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

We are however making some great progress on foreign languages and we hope to have a major foreign language update soon.

We've already had a lot of people request Dutch, German, Portuguese and we hope to have all three of those languages included in our next foreign language release. If there are any other languages people would really like to see post here and we'll try to get them included as well!

That is a good suggestion, we will try very hard to get Swedish included in the next version.

All of our plans right now include both spinning technologies, so you do not need to choose. In total you can spin 2.75 million words per month with all of our available plans. Besides the discounted Yearly Plan ($347/year - a 42% discount) we don't have any other discounts right now. I hope that answers everything for you!

I had a very bad experience with this service. I ordered WordAI in October and cancelled it two months later (2-Dec), but they billed me again in 6-Dec. I wrote to the support but they did not refund me because they "can't see" my payment.
In January they billed me again, and I opened a dispute on Paypal. This payment was refund a few days later, but the payment of December was not refunded. I wrote a lot of emails and I don't have any reply.
Very disappointed with this customer support, take careful with them.

I'm not sure what payment you are referring to. We refunded the only payment you gave us any actionable information about. Your username did not turn up any payments in our system from that time period and you haven't sent us any invoice ID's (we automatically send an email with an invoice id for any payment). If you could send us an invoice ID we can try to properly look into and find this payment.

We've been responding to your emails, perhaps you aren't receiving them for some reason?

Our Foreign Language Version 2 is coming out very soon and we are going to be adding a lot of languages. We think it is very likely Dutch will be included.

If anyone else has any foreign language recommendations post them here and we can keep them in mind!

No, the Standard Plan is no longer available.

blackscorpian is correct that right now the only foreign languages we support are Spanish/French/Italian. However in the soon to be released Foreign Language Spinner Version 2 we plan on including German.
