you got gsa ser and i guess that you got cb and an indexing service too. i can understand that internet marketing is often pretty frustrating, but look at it this way: just invest like 2 hours a day for a week, should give you about 7 different parasites. then make gsa camapgnes for em and blast em like nonstop. if you are fed up by parasites at this point, get over to another project but let gsa do its work. after a few weeks check back and if you still dont get results, yeah, you may quit, but if you get results, trust me, it will be like the most motivating thing ever. but i wouldnt just quit after 2? 3? parasites. and truth to be told, they are really fast built and after that point you just put on gsa and forget about them for a month.

btw: to the guys ranking their parasites fairly well; with which kind of links do you get your best results, multitiered ones or only tier 1 spam? if multitiered, how deep do you go? tier 3 or even 4?

As far as I'm concerned GSA can run pretty much forever on these, I've put the work in and even although they're not ranking I'm not going to save any energy by quitting them now.

The trouble for me at the moment is becaue im really down to the wire money wise i have to use my home connection to run gsa at the moment which means very limited resources. I even have to limit the bandwidth a bit since it will stop zennoposter running properly if it hogs all the internet connection.

So I cant run unlimited projects either so have to focus my projects and stop ones that seem like they arent going well asap to keep the threads open for those that seem more promising.

parasite: yahoo answers
created: bout 10th of november last year
started blasting: january 2nd
niche: health
total of links after ahrefs: 778 (although i got about 10k verified in gsa ser and always send them straight to indexification; i guess they just need a bit longer to get picked up by ahrefs)
maybe i should add, that i am NOT using multitiered linkbuilding, just tier 1 blasts. i check everything in gsa ser except for documentsharings, videos and adult videos. content to use in gsa was created with seo content creator.

keywords #4-6 are longtails. google keyword tool estimated their monthly searches as "--" which cant be correct as it makes perfect sense searching for them if you want the solution to the problem i am addressing.

so far these rankings are amazing, regarding the fact, that i started blasting just over a week ago.
before wondering, yes, i indeed twisted(if you actually could call it a twist...) this method a little and no, i won't reveal that twist, as it seems like it's working pretty well so far(especially as a lot of guys on here wouldn't even be able to use it anyway).

at this point i am wondering about two things:
1. if it is really normal, that i have a less than 10% rate between gsa ser verified links and ahrefs indexed links, but i guess its just way too early to wonder about that as it may just need more time for google to get the backlinks live and for ahrefs to index
2. which tools (preferably free) do you guys use to keep track of your rankings? so far i mostly searched in google for myself but i noticed, that the same browsers, same searchsettings on two different machines return pretty different stats.

I don't link to my money site from parasites, I think I've answered this one a few times now...

People keep asking this sort of question, honestly I never seen the point in linking from a parasite to one of my important money sites, then on the money site push some offer... whats the point? Push the offer on the parasite page with your article then link direct to the offer or to a quick presale landing page, I think people are still getting parasites mixed up with buffers here, we're not trying to rank your money sites here with this strategy.

Well it doesn't make much sense monetising this type of strategy with Adsense man, to make good money with Adsense you generally need 1000s of impressions a day to your actual website. If you want to go for it then by all means fire away, the wiser and more profitable move would be to promote affiliate offers or something with much higher payment than a few Adsense clicks.

My problem is the slideshare page doesn't even index.

1) If you're just are blasting a week and not tiered then yes, it will take a while for especially low value links like comments and such to show up in any of the backlink checkers.

2) i use Scrapebox ranktracker with 30 US proxies, it is not free but i feel it is the best value for my $$$, accuranker is also good and cheap(er)

I use SB Rank Tracker as well, but I fire up my VPN instead of using proxies. Seems to be a lot more reliable.

One of the easiest ways to pay for this is by finding some low competition keywords on YouTube and promoting offers. A network like Peerfly will let you request instant payouts, with them taking a % of your earnings. Stay out of the crap niches (hacks, for example) and put together some nice slideshows using Windows Movie Maker. Direct people to a simple landing page that does NOT violate the terms of the offer. Keep things simple and your videos will (usually) hang around forever.

If you want to push things a bit you can use a service to send a small amount of views, likes, etc over a period of time. Other than that there really is nothing you need to do, aside from making sure your title, filename, description, etc contain your keywords. Many will tend to rank well in YT from proper optimization alone. And quickly. Sometimes within a few days. Yeah there will be duds. But you only need a handful to rank well and they'll cover a lot of your expenses, especially if you're just starting out.

It's not an earth shattering technique. And it's definitely not new. But it doesn't cost anything to get started either.

Id actualy been trying that but in the hacks niche since i know alot about pc games and their release dates. Ive found the only ones i can rank for are vids under 10k with vagex views and that is so low that it doesnt bring me any clicks. Ones like 100k i cant get past position 50 or 'NTH'. Are you sitl successful doing this method (rather than just telling me what it would be like in theory since i know alot of ppl do that) if so perhaps youd be kind enough to give me some more tips via pm so as not to derail the thread.

From my previous seo experience i figure if they dont show up in top 100 as soon as they index then its worthless since it would probably take too long to rank anyway. I had a couple of keywords jump right up to teens when i started but I havent been able to replicate that again.
