322lbs?

I'm not challenging you op... but never in my life has someone told me they pressed "322"lbs. It's always usually like 320lbs, or 325lbs.

Are you using 1lb plates on the bar? Cause I've been to several different gyms in my life and the lowest they go down to is 2.5lb plates.

From one side 6 big plates each 10kg one 5kg plate one 2 kg plate and one 1kg plate = 68kg from one side 68kg x 2 = 136 kg and the bar is 10kg because its not olympic bar (20kg)
everything summed up 146kg

We are using KG here, So we have plates from 20 kg 15 kg 10 kg 5 kg 2kg 1kg
I just use the google for caluclating the how much is 146kg in lb and apparently its 321.8

You gotta at least post a video so we can see your form man

Here, OP, I'll man up and say if you actually did it then I'm an asshole and I'm not too proud to admit that. Surely you can understand that (in both weightlifting and in IM) people love to show off their big e-penises with BS claims. But 146kg is no joke, so my hat's off to you bud. I'll have a drink (protein shake) in your name tonight. =)

That's what I said too, I counted them and they matched. Congrats!
In highschool I went to the gym for close to 2 years, best I could lift was 105kg (and I weighed around 70-75kg). But that was about 4 years ago, I didn't get the time to continue it after I got into University.

wow that's really cool..congrats :) but why you changed the original post??

Maybe I over reacted I little, I usually hate when people tell me I am a lair and usually it don't get me. But this is something I love and its hard for someone to understand the love for the gym its like drug.
This is a small gym as you can see ( I will return the photo back ) we are all close there, we are like a family and we work really hard.

Someone asked for a video, I never in my life filmed my self doing some exercise, I was to embarrassed to take the photo of the weights, we don't do that here. Maybe this is bragging but I was exited for my results and wanted to share it with someone :D

Eagle? That sir....is a Hawk.

But yeah not quite sure what your getting at lol, OP Lifted 142kg, i look forward to the day he reaches 260kg

that post really fits your avatar...the US eagle community is proud of you.

Maybe now learn that you've out grown your terrible gym and upgrade to somewhere with an actual olympic bar?

I find it entertaining that folks like you spend time lifting heavy weights... (nothing against you, just sayin, it entertains me).

I, on the other hand, sold a car after owning it for just a few days because the power steering was not light enough for my liking.

I don't understand why people try to wear their bodies out... I'm trying to preserve mine, so that I can last 4000-5000 years, at least.
